Pumpkincology
This autumn I've been working a little
at a pumpkin farm. The variety of small gourds surprised me;
each kind is a work of creative art. Our Creator puts thought and
detail into unimportant vegetable- his playfulness is far-reaching.
Honey Bee Sweet
Bees worked hard all summer storing
nectar and pollen and making honey for the coming winter. I was so
happy to help harvest a dark golden batch of sticky sweetness. It
makes me think about each tiny, kindly deed we do that will finally
be gathered as the merit of our lives on one great day.
Mister Cat
The newest addition to my circle of
closest friends is Cat. He arrived on my birthday and scratches very
much. He is also adorable and feisty.
